I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the location and the outstanding service provided by the staff. The hotel was situated in a great location near a river which was so calm and also it was a few minutes walk for the metro station ad the store as well. What really made my stay even more enjoyable was the level of service provided by the staff. Despite not knowing Japanese, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure that my stay was comfortable. They were friendly, courteous and always available to help with any queries or requests that I had. In particular, I appreciated how the staff were able to fulfill the extra amenities that I needed during my stay. Despite the language barrier, they were able to understand my needs and promptly provide the necessary items. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location is fantastic and the staff are exceptional. If you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The hotel is in a good location - less than 10 minutes from the nearest metro station (Hamacho), not far from Tokio Skytree and Imperial Palace Gardens. The room was quiet and comfortable, not big as for European standards but it is Tokio and I know you can get even smaller two-person rooms :-) The reception was friendly and helpful and the room service every day replenished paper cups, instant tea and coffee etc. Wi-Fi was stable and quite fast.

Affordable price. Convenient location: the center is close but without all the hustle and bustle of Ginza and Shibuya, the nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. Very polite and friendly staff. The room is comfortable and clean, and the WiFi is stable and reasonably fast.

Very quite slightly remote hotel, great view over the river. Did not see any foreigners in the hotel, only Japanese salary men mainly. Great breakfast (4 set meals to choose from). Very friendly staff. Great grocery store just 5 minutes walk away. There are not tourists in this area.

The staff was very accommodating, I had a late night In central Tokyo and needed to call for them to let me check on at late night, they helped me completely! The 1000 yen for extended 1 hour to check out was really helpful!
